Per discussion: Reference "Encompassing places" code from Details beneath observation map from iNat v1 API

We found by looking into the API calls on an observation page the specific calls & fields needed to support this. We feel this might make it easier to choose a place for further exploration with other bot commands (e.g. add an abbreviation for it, use as your home place, or do additional queries for that place, once we have obs returning multiple results).
