last: support 'by' and 'from' qualifiers consistently #80

In [p]last subcommands, the query language is not handled the same way as in [p]inat, so that the expected [p]last obs taxon by me does not include your own taxon counts on the resulting embed.

This should be handled in a consistent fashion across all subcommands that provide the same embed, as users will expect it to work that way.
