Never need to quote [] #23

This is a fix for #22

There might be other atoms that don't need quoting, but this seemed safest to me

Ok, I like the idea of pushing AtomTerm down into the needBeQuoted method and checking it there. I've also taken the liberty of improving the grammar of the method name while I was modifying it :)
