Hyphenate open source #121

Title: I noticed that the title does not use hyphen between ‘Open’ and ‘Source’ and I was wondering if there is a technical reason not to do it? Ideally, we would like to hyphenate ‘Open’ and ‘Source’ so please let me know if you are happy with the following title: Applied Mathematics Problems with Open-Source Software.
