[ ] Find alternatives to Heroku to load main page faster
[ ] Transfer main page over to new alternative with webcam page on Heroku
[ ] Check links are not broken when transfer is done

The 3-20 second loading delay on Heroku is manageable but would frustrate some users. Other alternatives found is using GitHub itself since all content except webcam page is static. More info on alternatives can be found in this article.
