I've used and like this plugin for my Twitter POSSE'ing for a long time and it works well.

However, using it in conjunction with Syndication Links would not presently save those resulting URLs to our data.
https://github.com/dshanske/syndication-links/pull/120 handles adding a newly created silo permalink to our metadata for display.
This could also open up a file that could be used for other POSSE-like plugins without having to change much of the internals of the existing plugin.
