Mouse dont work, though no joystick is connected #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. If you want to map the mouse x or y axis to anp paddle or spin controller 
like in "Tempest" or "Circus" it wont work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It dont allow mouse inputs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Raspberry Pi, latest FW, Rasperian and mame4all

Please provide any additional information below.
Wont be great if sombody can fix this.
