L'installation échoue, un apt -y install build-essential résout les absences.

En version Debian 10.10.0, avec les versions Python intégrées ( Python 3.7.3, pip 21.1.3), j'ai cette erreur :

Running setup.py install for yappi ... error
ERROR: Command errored out with exit status 1:
Je vais essayer de passer en version 3.8.11 de Python.

Bug de ma part ! j'ai oublié d'installer le package python3-dev comme indiqué dans https://framagit.org/lpo/Client_API_VN/-/blob/develop/README.rst
