Hello

I was wondering if it's possible to limit arpeggio's to certain scopes (or to exclude scopes from triggering them). The benefits would include:

Not having coding arpeggio's trigger when writing comments or typing in strings.
Setting up different arpeggio's for each programming language (e.g. not having a JavaScript arpeggio trigger in Ruby files).

That would be very beneficial, because I find that somewhat irritating as well!

Right now I have other priorities, so I might not be able to get back to work on this. Pull requests are welcome. :smile:
