Cody R. will be helping with some of the Archibus API integration features done for this PoC.

[x] update tf for dev so he has proper access to run the project from his local machine.
[x] add proper github access so he can help and collaborate on this Archibus Integration project.
[x] provide @Cody-SSC with the .env file params he need to run the api and the frontend locally
