The Show Node and List Node, Search Node views provide links to search for Nodes by tag. Currently, the generated link is of the format: http://localhost:8080/search/index?q={tag name}.
Update the links to specify the "tags" property like so: http://localhost:8080/search/index?q=tags:{tag name}
