Update link naming in Relationships box for Show Node #125

In the Show Node view (e.g., /node/show/[id]), use the name format used by the Children section of the Relationships box.

Desired:

{Parent NodeType.iconImage} {relationshipname} : {ParentNode.name}

Currently, the link naming appears to be {ParentNode.name}[NodeTypeRelationship.name]: {ParentNode.name}

Current:

test.server.com[serverInstallation]:test.server.com
