Change buster weaknesses on Robot Masters from 2 damage against 2 Robot Masters to 2 damage against 4 Robot Masters
Carry over E-Tanks after Game Overs
Make Wood Man easier by lowering the cap on fall speed for the ceiling leaves

I feel like another buff is necessary. Let's add another couple of weaknesses, akin to Metal Blade vs Metal Man and Air Shooter on Clash Man.

In addition to the current randomization, one weapon should do ~6 to one boss, and one weapon should do ~10 to one boss.
