Building for romwbw where to get all files? #24

I try to build but i dont know where to get gencom and hexcom to build? in romwbw i dont find it in the cpm 2.2 stuff, only in the cpm 3 stuff

I had left those out, as they are standard CP/M utils. But, it is probably better to add copies here. I have added dist/vcpm which should contain all COM files needed to build.
