Make is not working #1

Hi! Awesome work here @dustybee. The OUTPUT.zip you uploaded to an issue on the ATC_Paper repo worked for me, so now I am trying to modify your version a bit to display some custom text. Unfortunately, the make all command doesn't seem to work for me.

I get this error when trying to run it.

I get the same result when running make all btw. I haven't touched any files, the repo is still exactly how I cloned it today.
