Write BGA Scraper #9

We need to write a python programming to continually scrape the BGA JSON logs and store any full game Puerto Rico logs.

Just so we don't forget, the JSON logs are accessible at :

en.3.boardgamearena.com/puertorico/puertorico/notificationHistory.html?table=11569511&from=1&privateinc=1&history=1

for table_id 11569511 in this example. Just replace that table id with any other table id to get that table's JSON log
