[Feature Request] Sprinklers! #439

Sprinklers and plant control, that's it!, I think it could be a good complement for the dashboard. I've configured a rough dashboard in lovelace and it will be great if could de migrated someday to dwains dashboard. Here you are a screenshot just in case you consider it worth the effort.
