Searching the Cursor forum, it's clear that not many people are using Cursor for writing Elixir ... 💧 💭 https://forum.cursor.com/search?q=elixir 4 search results at the time of writing:

And people are only mentioning Elixir in-passing, posts are quite old and no sign of actual usage ... I strongly suspect Cursor is only being used for "mainstream" languages like TypeScript, Python, etc.
