Issues:

"Bot" execution in Chrome runtime not currently supported.
Edit/Compile cycle long using Bot packaging / wns / ipfs.

[ ] Bot factory spawns bots via IPFS hash
[ ] Agent communication (protobuf, swarming)
[ ] Bot factory can fetch bots from IPFS node provided in spawn request
[ ] Packaging chrome runners for bots
[ ] (optimization) Splitting bot package into multiple files
