Use RegExp for Medium URLs #31

Main focus is c33a2fe which is to use RegExp for Medium URLs usable by Scribe.

I was going to make this on my previous pull request but only just now I figured out how to do it.

Also got redirection to work on the Medium home page assuming that should be done.
