I've emailed Cielbleu about their Chef's Table. If not, I think I might go for &samhoud. They seem to have availabilities currently.

Dear Mr. Egan,

Thank you very much for your interest in our Ciel Bleu Restaurant Chef's Table.

The Chef's Table is a private dining room and can be booked as of 4 guests, with a maximum of 10 guests. We charge no rent for this room, however we offer an 8-course menu up to the chef à €185,- per person.

I am happy to inform that on Tuesday 12 February 2013 I still have availability in our Chef's Table. The recommended reservation time is between 19.00 hours and 20.00 hours.
