phenopath sometimes crashes on the PRISM #14

I used this script to submit benchmarking jobs to PRISM.

This might not be a problem if the errors are due to poor parameter settings. It also does not seem to finish, likely due to it running out of memory.

Here are two log files: log.2.e.txt log.1.e.txt
