What do these changes do?

Extend/refactor PairedDataset

add method to check if dataset has paired files
add static method to load one or multiple json files describing the dataset
add tests
document new options in CLI help
dump dataset used for training in output_dir

Todo:

[x] Document dataset.json option
[x] Support dataset.json like this
[ ] Add labels to this json file? Postponed
