Support for encrypted KVMS and Shared Flows #2

@dzuluaga does this support shared flows and encrypted KVMs? I can fork the repo and update it if no one is working on it.

@swilliams11, no it doesn't :-(. So it could use some love. If you have some spare cycles to give a hand, that'd be awesome! One suggestion though, and you might be familiar with it, is to implement these as Grunt plugin tasks.
