Add generic pit fall death animation

When character falls into a pit level exits itself. Add some animation to indicate death and call GameOver widget. E.g. Freeze camera, let character fall a bit below and add screaming sound

Revision 32:

• Added Pitfall: camera freezes and character lands below. It does not exits game but instead shows game over screen.
• Added screaming sounds for falling into Pitfall.
• Fixed Level1 gap around burning pit. Character might have fall down from it.
