Mass re-upload of books. #151

We've improved how we create ebooks, we might want to make new ebooks for all the existing books.

We've got some code that downloads all the existing book names:

Check if there are other changes to make.
Clone a fresh python3 repo on AWS and branch.
See what extra code you can do to make it easy
Bring in the 'download all books' from the tar file.
Run the code and see what breaks.

We got this code working for Morgan, so it's relatively straightforward to generate. Once we've had some epubs approved then we'll regenerate the whole list and have the VA upload them.

It turns out the regenerating all the books is fine, but uploading them all is 5mins a time - which quickly ends up being a week's work for someone. Not happening just yet I think.
