WWW dashboard has bar charts for classroom sizes. #29

The white water writers dashboard show words as numbers, we've had a request for a bar chart.

That should be easy to do using the javascript chart.js library

Steps

[ ] clone an example
[ ] find out if javascript can read "chapter_info.csv" (probably with this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7431268/how-to-read-data-from-csv-file-using-javascript)
[ ] create and example bar chart
[ ] connect the csv and the example
