Add Karma config files to the repositry #113

Althought the master branch contains some tests, it does not include the configuration files for users to easily test them. This is an oversight and will be swiftly corrected.

Okay, so the config files are added - but tests aren't working on the public account (they are much much better on the private account on the desktop. So we need to work out if that is because there is some hidden files on joe's desktop or not.

Next action: Joe to check out new version of OVF in seperate directory of desktop and try and get tests working there.
