We should switch to the current version of the test suite at https://github.com/w3c/qt3tests, since this includes tests for features included in the final draft of XQuery 3.1, such as the arrow operator, whereas the version downloaded by default, QT3_1_0, is from June 2013, when 3.1 was just a draft.
