world start crash, lag, unexplained ai death, other #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install sgi v1.80 patched, placement patch, sgi submod and human fix
2.run sins
3.start new game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output: sins running as it should normal game except with new units 
and such.
actual output: without submod game crashes 2 minutes in, with submod the game 
was able to run for atleast 30 minutes however 4 of the ai players died at game 
start for no reason, I started with 2 normal shipyard and 2 capital shipyard 
instead of the normal 1 each and the framerate swiftly dropped to barely 
playable levels a few minutes into the game despite it being early and no one 
having massive fleets or such yet.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Stargate invasion mod v1.80 patched with submod, placement patch and human fix. 
operating system: win 7 ultimate.

Please provide any additional information below.

I started the game using the Pegasus galaxy random map i set my self to be 
asuran and everyone else to be random.

O and 1 more bug just found with the destiny class colony capital I had it and 
its small escort fleet of frigates defend the capital against a pirate raiding 
party, while the frigates were happily shooting drones and lasers at any enemy 
ships in range the destiny class just sat infront of a traveler ship not doing 
anything. I tried everything from changing the angle of approach to manually 
ordering it to fir but it seems content to just sit the battle out. whats up 
with that?
