asuran carrier and city ship #75

I realize this by no means finished but the atlantis city ship and asuran 
carrier are in the wrong spots. 

The asuran carrier is the most expensive in the asuran box and the city ship is 
the same price as the others.  

just thought id let u know and the city ship did live up to expectations that 
thing is a beast when it reaches level 10 it faced several tauri raids and 
survived every one
