Reversed info #76

The Assuran Gate Satelite and the Minelayer are reversed. The research in the 
Attack research area (the top one, i cant remember it's name right now) says it 
gives access to the gate satellite (planet bombing, so that fits.) except 
instead it unlocks the Minelayer, which isnt very useful when you want to take 
out a planet...
