Introducing the ability to have issues form, maintenance form and work order form to be created from the UI. This form is going to be able to allow users + owners + renters to add issues or maintenance or even work order depending on their permission level which has not been thought of as of just yet. Currently, this UI allowed form does not post to anywhere, rather it just is in the UI.
