Implements #57

Removed maplibre-gl from and added mapboxgl to the dependencies
Delete and regenerated pnpm-lock.yaml to resolve conflicting types in MapboxGL, hence the many change in the file.
Adds the bathymetry layer as the new base layer (implements #42)
Removes the temporary background layer
