hi all, cool to see you're building a new KG! What can I do to help make sure that the entities in your KG are referenced with standardized CURIEs?

Hi @cthoyt! We are in the process of KGX-ing the previous version of this KG, enpkg.

I am developing the pipeline to coordinate sample collection and ingest the raw spec data. Once I connect the data from the samples to the various other available KGs & ontologies, we will certainly use Bioregistry to avoid minting CURIEs in some new format.
