/posts/question 요청 수정사항

이슈에 대한 설명

post 요청 완료되면 해당 페이지로 이동할 수 있게 id res로 전달 요청
사진 업로드 처리는 여기서는 안해도 됨. 개별 api 에서 링크 받아서 링크 그대로 string으로만 전달할 예정
