editLineString strange behavior on Mac #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to myEarth and place a line feature in edit mode
2. Drag one of the nodes on the line
3. The line disappears, not every time, but most times.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect the line to remain present. This is a operating system
specific issue. It works with no problems on a Windows XP VM, my old mac
mini running OS X Leopard. It fails on my new mac book pro running snow
leopard. I have tried it in both Safari and Firefox.

I have also noticed weird behavior in Snow Leopard when drawing lines. The
lines do not seem to hug the land and seem to disappear below the ground.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

I have attached a before and after screen-shot showing what happens. Not
sure I have filed in the right place?

This is an issue with the tessellation settings in the My Earth demo, not with 
the utility library. We will fix the issue there.
