Fit map explorer page to mobile #100

It seems that the map explorer layout hangs off the page on mobile. To see the legend you have to scroll the page contents which is tricky to do with the map taking up most of the screen scroll priority.

IMG_0504 note the legend at the bottom. I had to scroll down to make it at all visible.
