Closes #39

May address #101

This PR cleans up a few things around stateful URLs:

Carries vue-router history over to avoid warnings (this may be the root of #101)
Removes some useless state from URLs
Ensures stateful URLs are obeyed on load
Adds selected model to stateful URLs
