Update data to include all crops #50

Closes #30.

This gets all of the new data into the app. A couple small updates to the data load because of updated column names for the historical scenario, and fingermillet had one historical yield value of 0, which our code wasn't previously catching.

@kelsey-taylor this should be good, but if you wouldn't mind just double checking that things are still behaving like normal and the maps look as expected
