As a developer, I can create a messaging app to handle communication between patients and doctors, so that users can exchange messages securely.

Acceptance Criteria

Patients and doctors can send and receive messages securely.
Messages are stored in the database and are displayed in the user's dashboard.

Task

[ ] Create the messaging app and add it to INSTALLED_APPS.
[ ] Create models for Message.
[ ] Set up views and templates for sending and displaying messages.
[ ] Implement real-time messaging using Django Channels.
