Linking between entities is broken #18

Describe the bug All entities are being linked to the project rather than to other entities. This has been detected using the xls hydrator, the ingest hydrator does not appear to work at all so unknown if it has the same issue.

This is not an issue currently (I don't know when it was fixed but it works fine now)
