Allow for more than one test per file #2

The current functionality of the tool allows for test queries to be specified within documents with a structure defined in the template.

I would like to change this so that multiple queries can be specified per documents. The advantages of this would be:

Not having multiple files for all the tests
Having an content table at the beginning of the file (adoc allows for automatic content tables)
