Problem/Question: 
Dynamic Aircraft Model

Comments: 
What is the function of the dynamicAircraftModel element? Is this to be able to 
provide very specific simplified data for dynamic aeroelastic (mode) 
calculations? Then how to cross-connect the complete airplane definition to  
this specific case (how to propagate changes)? Isn't this a discretization 
method that should be placed out of the general geometrical defintion of the 
wing?

The dynamicAircraftModel is a simplified model of the aircraft for load and 
structural analysis of the completet aircraft. As several partners working on 
CPACS need to apply there analysis modules to this model it is important to 
include it in the CPACS dada definition.
