Route-specific load factors #349

What version of CPACS are you using?

Please specify further information for your issue:

Different routes may need different load factors; currently, it appears that 
only the maximum payload values are stored (in model/analyses/massBreakdown).

Suggestion: adding a paxLoadFactor and cargoLoadFactor to either 
fleet/flightplan/routes/route or /cpacs/missions/mission.

Included this in the routes of the flightplan as this is the only place where 
both the mission and the aircraft are known.
