Change behaviour of "projects near me" button #256

list only the top 100 projects for nearby me .... sort by distance and put a limit

This is the current behavior but with a 2000 limit, do i reduce it ?

I would prefer a larger number, 100 seems a bit too low. When you click on the button and are based in BXL for example, it shows you all of Belgium. For the website visitor, I think it would give the wrong impression if in a whole country you would only see 100 projects.
