Provide frontend to support later logic for displaying messages sent/not sent.

[x] Make a view to display messages.
[x] Display messages as a table instead of a list.
[x] Add navigation for the page.
[x] Only have an active edit button if 12 hours haven't passed.
[x] Sorting function on the table
[x] Add tests.
[x] fetch messages from the database

Expected Behavior

Should contain components and styling to display sent and not sent messages. Should contain id, type, status and ability to edit.
