• No standardized elements, we want a public set of elements for the user to work with
• Allow users to add elements
• Shareable elements, on a per user/organization basis
• “Pluggin” types launch third party apps for data collection

1. Create new webpage to allow users to create concepts
2. Allow concepts to have default input types (with default values?)
3. Allow sharing concepts with users/organization.
