Import SAMM Aspect Meta Models #101

Implement an Importer so that semantic models conformant to https://github.com/eclipse-esmf/esmf-semantic-aspect-meta-model can be used as semantic description for a submodel. Aspect Models are used for semantic descriptions of submodels in Catena-X, see https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/sldt-semantic-models

a) just import and map to concept description IEC61360 b) with new data specification for SAMM

BAMM has been renamed to SAMM. I tested the SAMM Aspect Modeler recently and the AASX-Export Functionality was not working correctly.

I raised an issue and got an answer:

SDK Version 2.6.0, set to be integrated in the next release of the Aspect Model Editor (AME) in approximately one to two weeks, includes changes to the generation of AASX models. This version leverages the latest AAS4J v1.0.0 and will generate AASX models that address and fix this issue.

Birgit and I worked for quite a while on SAMM import. The MIHO/Xmas2023 should work at least partially. Birgit also wrote some documentation in GH.
