Add docs/dist/LICENSE-AspectJ.html to all public artifacts

The license file will be included right in the main directory of both binary and source artifacts for

• AspectJ Matcher,
• AspectJ Runtime,
• AspectJ Weaver,
• AspectJ Tools (Compiler),
• AspectJ Installer.

Fixes #185.
